Today, I saw a new word on social media today: Christofascism. It refers to those who call themselves “christians” but focus on making noise about their gun rights at the exclusion of everything else. Other characteristics include rampant nationalism and racism.
Hmmm…sounds like when the Nazis co opted the christian churches in Germany.
If that wasn’t bad enough, I heard Mike Huckabee make disparaging remarks about Colin Kaepernick. He pronounced the athletes first name as “colon” and said it fits.
I can see why people don’t want to have anything to do with Christians. This man is a Baptist pastor.
Leaves a bad taste in the mouth and a stab in the heart.
